Please note that credit card payments for Kultur Tourismus Salzburg are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Terms of Conditions

Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation:

Guided tours/walking tours: up to 10 days before service is provided.

up to 48 h before service provided: 50%

Later cancellations before service provided: 100%

 “No show” of clients at confirmed meeting point: 100%

 

Free cancellation:

Private minibus services/combined tours with guiding:

up to 14 days before service provided.

later cancellations are charged with 70 % of the full amount as cancellation fee is charged.

Case of delay:

Private tours or separately booked groups:

Delayed Arrival: waiting time of guides is considered as guiding time:

Guides are waiting up to 15 min for a later arriving from confirmed starting time. Without futher information, guides have the right to leave.

A predictable delay must be communicated as soon as possible (+43664 3401757)

If a delay is longer than 30 min, it is measured by the delivering guide, if the service is able to be providedsuccessfully or not

 

Payment of services:

advanced bank transfers (payment 7 days after receiving invoice,  but latest 14 days before delivery of service -( for walking tours only)

Part payments for bookings for booking over € 500, -- (for minibus services)

Conditions for private tours and booking of groups:

Delayed Arrival: waiting time of guides is considered as guiding time:

Without an actual inforation of delay, guides will wait up to 15 min from confirmed starting time.

A predictable delay must be communicated as soon as possible to +43 664 3401757.

Arrival is later than 30 min than confirmed starting time: in this case, it´s measured by the guide if delivery can be provided successfully or has to be cancelled without refund.

Minibus tours may be cancelled due extreme weather conditions for your personal security. In this case, your money will be refunded

Walking tours are provided with any weather conditions. Please think about right equipment, umbrellas, shoes...)
